Location: 1851 Route 9, Castleton-on-Hudson, NY
Position: Part-time
Pay: $16/hour plus pooled tips
Schedule: Daytime hours Sunday-Saturday
Start Date: Grand Opening slated for May/June 2026

About The Willow - Café & Market

The Willow is a breakfast and lunch café focused on fresh, seasonal ingredients and community connection. We are looking for friendly, reliable Servers who are comfortable providing service both at tables and at the coffee bar.

This role blends hospitality and coffee craft — we’re looking for someone who can move with purpose during busy mornings while creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Service - greeting guests, taking orders, running food, closing checks
• Preparing espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• Ringing out customers purchases from the market/vendor space
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining room and coffee bar
• Assisting with light side work and restocking
• Representing The Willow brand with warmth and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Prior serving experience required
• Barista experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
