Barista / Server (Day Shift)

Cretia’s is a 40-year neighborhood favorite undergoing an exciting relaunch — and we’re looking for a Barista / Server to join our team as we bring something new to life.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing concept as we introduce new menus, coffee service, cocktails, and a refreshed guest experience. It may start slower, but we’re building momentum quickly and looking for the right person to grow with us.

Position Details

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM
• Pay: $10/hour + tips
• Location: Bishop Arts / Oak Cliff

What You’ll Do

• Prepare coffee and espresso drinks with consistency and care
• Provide friendly, attentive table service
• Take orders, run food and drinks, and maintain clean sections
• Support both front-of-house service and coffee bar operations
• Help create a welcoming, upbeat environment for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your shift

What We’re Looking For

• Barista experience required
• Serving experience required
• Bartending experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed
