Barista (Specialty Coffee)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista with experience in specialty coffee to join our team in Mirfa, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee and beverages to high standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficiently
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and report shortages
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Educate customers on coffee selections and brewing methods when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista, with a focus on specialty coffee
• Knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, latte art, and brewing methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude, team player, and attention to details
