The Role:
We are building our talent pool for upcoming openings. This is not just a job pouring coffee; it’s a role for a craftsperson. You will be the face of foi, engaging with customers, and consistently producing high-quality beverages. We are looking for individuals who are as passionate about the perfect extraction as they are about customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dial-in and maintain espresso grinders to ensure perfect shot quality throughout the day.
• Prepare and serve a full range of espresso-based drinks and manual brews (V60, Aeropress).
• Create consistent, high-quality latte art.
• Educate customers on our single-origin beans and flavor profiles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and warmth.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to operate a manual espresso machine (e.g., La Marzocco, Slayer) and create consistent latte art.
• Passion: A genuine interest in the coffee industry, from bean to cup.
• Communication: Fluent in English with excellent customer service skills.
• Location: Must be currently based in the UAE.
