Coffee Preparation:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Skilfully operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and care.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations on beverage selections.
• Ensure prompt and accurate order fulfilment, striving for customer satisfaction.

Menu Knowledge:

• Have a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including coffee options, tea beverages, and specialty drinks, their ingredients, and pricing.
• Educate customers about different coffee blends, origins, and brewing methods if required.
• Keep informed about new and seasonal offerings, promotions, and any changes to the menu.

Equipment Knowledge & Understanding:

• Have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Bar Equipment (Espresso Machine, Coffee Grinders, Brewing Equipment, Milk Steamer/ Frother, Ice Maker, Blenders, Juice Extractor etc.) before operating.
• Follow the instructions and guidelines regarding operations and maintenance of the Bar Equipment.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

• Ensure adherence to the user manual and guidelines while operating the bar equipment (Espresso Machine, Coffee Grinders, Brewing Equipment, Milk Steamer/ Frother, Ice Maker, Blenders, Juice Extractor etc.).
• Undertake a proper training and understanding related to the operation of the Bar Equipment as/if required.
• Conduct routine equipment checks before service.
• Address any malfunctions or inconsistencies immediately.
