Barista Wanted – Tony Wong Restaurant (JVC, Dubai)

Are you passionate about coffee and customer service?
We’re looking for a skilled and energetic Barista to join our team at Tony Wong Restaurant, a fast-growing Chinese American restaurant & café concept in JVC.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffees including espresso, latte, cappuccino, matcha & specialty drinks
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed
• Operate and maintain coffee machines & grinders
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station
• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
• Assist with basic front-of-house duties when required

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years barista experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing & latte art
• Experience with syrups (e.g. Spanish latte, flavored drinks, matcha)
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player
