Barista(Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with Arabic-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner (Arabic & English)

Take accurate orders and handle billing/POS system

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area

Ensure proper use and maintenance of coffee machines and equipment

Follow recipes and presentation standards

Upsell menu items and promote special offers

Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor for replenishment

Adhere to company policies and food safety standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Barista or similar role

Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and basic English

Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Presentable and well-groomed

Flexibility to work shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2.00 per month
