Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service & Guest Experience
- Welcome clients warmly and offer beverages (coffee, tea, and refreshments).
- Ensure every guest feels comfortable and well attended while waiting.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and polished appearance at all times.
- Handle client inquiries and provide basic information about salon services.
2. Barista Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and supplies.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are strictly followed.
3. Cashier Responsibilities
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing (cash, card, POS).
- Ensure accurate daily cash handling and register balancing.
- Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
- Coordinate with reception and management on daily sales reporting.
4. Front Desk Support
- Assist with booking appointments and managing walk-in clients.
- Coordinate with barbers and staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support reception during busy hours when required.
5. Cleanliness & Presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception area, waiting lounge, and coffee station.
- Ensure a neat and welcoming environment aligned with salon standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista and/or cashier (hospitality or salon experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
