Barista/Waiter

We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding gastronomic experiences, and we are seeking experienced Barista/Waiter who shares our commitment to excellence and ready to take the brand to a new height.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

• Welcomes customers by greeting them, offering them assistance.
• Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients.
• Take orders while paying attention to details.
• Prepare beverages following recipes.
• Properly use equipment such as machine, chillers, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, laptops, POS.
• Guiding and answering queries of customer.
• Handling all the cash transaction.
• Receive payment by cash, credit card, etc.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
• Minimize time & improve quality to take customers’ orders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of Experience
• Friendly and engaging personality.
• Previous experience as a barista.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with POS Machine.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Ability to make customer-oriented and cost-effective decisions, take responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
