Barista/Waiter

Job Summary

The Barista / Waiter is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires efficiency, product knowledge, and adherence to quality, health, and safety standards to ensure a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with company quality standards.
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of all coffee machines and related equipment.
• Greet customers warmly and respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payments, following established cash-handling procedures.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively assist and upsell to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, dining space, and service stations.
• Observe and comply with all relevant health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Barista: 3 years (Preferred)
• UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
