Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Non-Alcoholic Beverage Barman to join our fine-dining team. The ideal candidate will specialize in crafting premium non-alcoholic beverages and mocktails, delivering exceptional guest experiences through refined service, presentation, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality non-alcoholic cocktails (mocktails) and specialty beverages
• Create innovative drink recipes using fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, herbs, teas, and botanicals
• Recommend non-alcoholic beverage pairings to complement menu items
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and mise en place at the bar
• Engage with guests professionally, explaining drink concepts and flavor profiles
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and elegance in all beverage presentations
• Monitor stock levels, freshness of ingredients, and minimize waste
• Collaborate with chefs and management on seasonal and signature beverage menus
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards required in fine dining

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, barista, or beverage specialist (fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred)
• Strong knowledge of flavor balance, ingredients, and beverage preparation techniques
• Experience with mocktails, juices, teas, coffee, or non-alcoholic spirits is an advantage
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• High attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
