Bartender

We are a Tourism company looking for well presentable bartender for our company with 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly first impression.
• Took full responsibility for the opening and closing of the bar, following standard operating procedures.
• Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks according to company recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
• Monitor daily inventory levels and maintain records of drinks in high demand.
• Attend staff meetings, including pre-shift (line-up) sessions, as required.
• Comply with all laws, company policies, and procedures regarding alcohol service, and notify the manager if continued service is questionable.
• Prepare and serve drinks ordered by food and beverage servers according to approved recipes.
• Ensure all orders are correctly billed through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Promptly report any guest complaints to the manager or person in charge.
• Notify management in advance of daily purchase requirements for fruits, vegetables, alcohol, and other necessary items to avoid operational disruptions.
• Wear the appropriate uniform provided by the company at all times.
• Consistently follow beverage and revenue control procedures for both the Desert Lounge and Camp operations.
• Bid farewell to guests and invite them to return.
• Set up the outdoor bar for DTT events.
• Assist with event operations, overnight operations, and bespoke operations as needed.
• Complete additional work assignments as requested by management.
• Clean and securely lock the bar area according to prescribed procedures.
• Assist overnight camping groups as required.
• Willing to work long hours when necessary.
• Important: Must be willing to reside in camp accommodation.

Requirements and skills:

• Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
