Job Title: Bartender / Mixologist

Job Summary:
The Bartender/Mixologist is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, non-alcoholic, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role requires creativity, product knowledge, and excellent customer service to enhance the bar’s reputation and maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, mocktails, and specialty creations.
- Provide professional, courteous, and engaging service to all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools, glassware, and equipment.
- Ensure proper stocking levels of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Create and recommend new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus.
- Adhere to company standards regarding drink preparation, portion control, and presentation.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Work closely with bar and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, products, and mixology techniques.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a high-volume or fine-dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (preferred).
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality certification or Bartending course preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
