Bartender

A Junior Bartender assists senior staff in serving drinks, focusing on customer service, bar cleanliness, stocking, and learning recipes to support efficient bar operations, handling basic orders, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to safety/liquor laws. Key duties involve greeting guests, taking orders, mixing drinks, upselling, cleaning workstations, restocking supplies, and managing cash/cards. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, offer recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
• Beverage Preparation: Assist in preparing drinks according to recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area, tools, glassware, and surfaces clean and organized; perform side work like folding napkins.
• Stocking & Inventory: Restock glasses, linens, garnishes, and other supplies; report low stock to management.
• Order Processing: Accurately process guest payments (cash, card) and handle bills.
• Compliance: Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and adhere to all safety and liquor laws.
• Support: Help senior bartenders and perform other assigned duties to ensure smooth service.
