Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business.
• Manage POS systems such as Toast for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, perform basic math calculations, and ensure accurate cashiering during busy service times.
• Collaborate with team members to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service abilities with a positive attitude and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and beverage measurements accurately.
• Previous experience in a high volume bar setting is proffered.

Pay: $20.87 - $25.14 per hour
