Job Overview

Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change.
• Monitor alcohol consumption levels responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age laws and responsible serving policies.
• Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate stock shortages promptly.
• Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, beverage preparation, and sanitation standards within the hospitality industry.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5years) as a bartender in restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Experience with pull tabs id a must
• Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele confidently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy.

• Shifts needed to fill will be evert Sunday and every other Saturday
• $10/hour plus tips are taken home nightly
