Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage TOAST POS systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and promoting safe drinking practices.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service when applicable, supporting overall guest satisfaction.
• Uphold food safety standards related to food handling and beverage preparation to ensure a safe experience for all guests.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in sports bar or high Volume settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as TOAST POS is essential for efficient order processing.
• Strong background in customer service within the food industry, retail math, or hospitality environments.
• Experience serving in high-volume venues.
• Knowledge of food safety practices related to food handling and beverage service is required.
• Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage crafting can be a plus for enhancing guest experiences.
