Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, enhancing their overall experience through attentive service.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy hours using effective time management skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with catering or banquet beverage service as needed.
• Follow all food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure guest safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements; certification may be preferred.
