Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and strong knowledge for craft beers. The ideal person will have strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires experience in dining or nightlife settings, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Fixed Schedule:

2-3 shifts per week

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Utilize Toast POS or for processing orders, managing tabs, and handling cash transactions efficiently.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for banquets and catering events as needed.
• Uphold responsible serving practices by checking identification and adhering to legal guidelines regarding alcohol service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Experience using Toast POS systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced setting.
