Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling. duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies.
• Assist with food service when needed.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service while balancing multiple responsibilities seamlessly.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Micros POS.
• Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell drinks and promote specials confidently.
• Strong knowledge of responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.88 - $25.14 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 35 per week
