We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests.
• Create and recommend cocktails, ensuring proper food and drink pairings.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, garnishes, and proper mise-en-place.
• Manage stock, perform inventory checks, and control costs efficiently.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Promote up-selling and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure a smooth and professional service in line with the establishment's standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-volume or luxury setting.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity in developing new cocktails and beverage offerings.
