Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests in both casual and fine dining settings.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops.
• Interact with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and manage tabs.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all food safety regulations.
• Assist with banquet and catering events, providing beverage service as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food pairings with drinks.
• Stay updated on new drink trends, menu items, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Skills

• Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of various spirits, wines, and cocktails.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or fine dining environments.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety practices related to beverage preparation and service.
• Experience in banquet or catering services is a plus but not required.
