Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft a variety of cocktails and other beverages with precision and creativity.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, and making recommendations based on preferences.
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized bar area.
• Verify customer age for alcohol consumption and monitor for responsible service.
• Handle payments and cash transactions with accuracy.
• Actively upsell food and beverage items to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and correct order delivery.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and the ability to craft a wide range of drinks.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.
• Effective upselling techniques and the ability to promote menu items.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Competent in handling cash and operating registers.
• Must possess a valid TN ABC certification.
• Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
