Position Summary

From game-day rushes to family dinners, you’ll help create the welcoming, high-energy atmosphere that has made Kroll’s a Green Bay favorite for generations. The Bartender is responsible for providing high-quality beverage service while creating a welcoming and professional guest experience. This role ensures efficient bar operations, compliance with alcohol service laws, and alignment with organizational hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously
• Operate Spot On POS system to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons without compromising quality or speed
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age laws and promoting safe drinking practices

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and current beverage trends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Flexible hours-day, night and weekend shifts available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
