Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Manage POS systems such as Toast or Spot on to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently, manage inventory levels, and communicate needs promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or Bar Manager in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Spot on for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
• Previous experience in food industry roles such as food service or catering is advantageous.
