Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and personalized drink recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change.
• Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving practices in compliance with liquor laws and safety regulations.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
• Collaborate with team members to support catering events, banquets, nightclub functions, or other special occasions requiring bar services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy.
• Experience in food industry roles involving serving, catering, or retail math is advantageous.
