*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic and personable bartender with over one year of experience in a fast-paced bar and hospitality environments. Committed to delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional beverage preparation, friendly interaction and efficient service. Passionate about learning new techniques, expanding product knowledge and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

*Duties* - Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine with accuracy and attention to presentation

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. While providing knowledgeable recommendations and respond promptly to customer requests.

- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and operating properly.

- Accurately handle cash, credit, and digital transactions using a cash register and the toast Pos System. Utilize Toast POS system for order processing

- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently

- Follow all food safety sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

-Support team members during high-volume shifts while maintaining composure and efficiency

*Qualifications*- Minimum of one year of bartending experience preferably in fine dining or nightclub setting.

- Strong Multitasking skills with the ability to perform well under pressure in high-volume environments.

- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for cash handling

- Familiarity with food safety practices

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry

-Experience with Toast POS system is a plus

-Ability to work long shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays

- Must be at least 21 years old and possess any required certifications for serving alcohol

Pay: $10.45 - $23.00 per hour
