Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations while handling food and beverages responsibly.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or late-night settings, while managing serving times efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels of alcohol, mixers, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members during busy hours, including catering or banquet events, to deliver seamless service experiences.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures within the food industry.
• Experience in retail math or basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales transactions.
• Background in hospitality or food service environments that require excellent customer service skills.
