Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and food handling standards
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and ensure an enjoyable experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while demonstrating excellent cashiering skills and basic math proficiency
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering, banquet events, or nightclubs to coordinate service flow seamlessly
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods while providing top-tier customer service

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and enhance their experience
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper beverage serving techniques
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume shifts
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and sales reconciliation

Ideal candidates will bring a passion for brewing or the food industry, experience in catering or food industry roles, and a positive attitude that energizes the team. Previous nightclub or banquet experience is highly valued. Pay: $20.88 - $25.15 per hour
