SALT Shelter Island is hiring Seasonal Bartenders for a busy waterfront summer season. We’re seeking experienced, high-energy professionals who can execute quality cocktails efficiently while delivering exceptional guest hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

As a Bartender at SALT, you will be responsible for preparing and serving cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and precision. You will engage directly with guests, manage bar service tickets, maintain a clean and organized bar, and support overall beverage operations during high-volume shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years bartending experience preferred
• Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge
• Ability to work quickly and stay composed under pressure
• Professional, team-oriented mindset
• Weekend & holiday availability required
