Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat business.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and regulations while promoting responsible drinking.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering to ensure seamless service delivery in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or fine dining settings.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and cash handling.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele confidently and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry.
• Experience serving in fine dining establishments or catering environments is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management.
