Requirements:

• A minimum of 3+ years of previous bartending experience in FINE DINING RESTAURANTS
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Attention to Detail
• Spirits and Wine Knowledge
• Adaptability in High Volume, Fast-Paced Environments
• Ability to follow instructions
• Passion for Hospitality
• A valid Responsible Beverage Server certification is required
• Able to work various hours/days as business dictates

Position Summary: The Bartender will have excellent social skills, be highly motivated and feel comfortable working in a demanding position that requires multi-tasking while making cocktails, taking orders, delivering food, cleaning, cashiering, receiving, and stocking product. The Bartender should also have sufficient experience and food/wine/liquor knowledge to hit the ground running. Bartenders interact with guests in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, friendly way.
