Full job description:

• We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Job duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for special events as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, communicating needs to management when necessary.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while serving food and beverages.

Skills:

• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Experience with Toast or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and food service practices is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• TABC certification
• Food handlers certification
• 1 year bar experience

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
