Bartender

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team Saturday nights rotating first cut/closing and fill in shifts as needed.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of drink recipes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Restock bar supplies as needed - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Provide excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs and addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar Skills: - Strong knowledge of drink recipes, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages - Experience with POS systems for order processing and payment handling (e.g., Aloha POS) - Proficient in cash handling procedures, including making change accurately - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours - Basic math skills for calculating bills and tips accurately - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Exceptional hospitality skills to provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
