Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and creating a lively, welcoming environment.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and accurately handle cash transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety during nightclubs or banquet events.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during catering or banquet functions.
• Handle cashing out customers efficiently, utilizing retail math skills for accurate billing and change management.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively atmosphere while maintaining professionalism.
• Effective time management to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with food safety procedures, food handling, and responsible serving practices aligned with alcohol regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math applications in sales transactions.
