Bartender

Overview
Join our team in delivering quality customer service, delicious beer, and an environment like no other. We have several positions open or coming open including our tap room, tiki bar, and tasting room.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including our juice blends, slushy batches, and more.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using lightspeed POS systems.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food and beverage pairing, catering events, or banquet services
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple guests promptly while maintaining quality service

Skills

• Proven experience in a fast paced bar atmosphere
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
• Effective time management skills to handle high-volume service periods seamlessly
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding liquor laws and regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets
