Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems for order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cashiering and retail math calculations.
• Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible serving practices in compliance with alcohol regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet, or nightclub events to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple guests promptly while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by listening to guest needs and providing personalized recommendations.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fine dining restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to handle food safety procedures and food handling protocols confidently.
• Strong background in hospitality or food service industries, including retail math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Experience working in the food industry with knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts.
• Knowledge of serving regulations, alcohol laws, and responsible beverage service practices is required.
