Position Title:
Bartender
Position summary:
A Bartender is responsible for providing an excellent guest experience with food, drink and service. A bartender must also act accordingly as a member of the bar team and uphold all service and hospitality standards set forth by Alter management.
Tasks:
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Present and have complete knowledge of all beer, wine, cocktail and food menu items.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience while creating guest loyalty.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Perform all opening/closing procedures as set forth by Alter management.

- Full ability to deliver on Alter standards in regards to beer, wine, cocktail and food presentation and delivery.
- Must have working knowledge and ability to work quickly and accurately with our POS system.

Experience And Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Relevant training certificates
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $900.00 - $3,400.00 per month
