Bartender

URGENTLY HIRING: We are hiring a very outgoing bartender! Our small cozy bar is looking for someone that is easy to talk to, personable, outgoing, and always thinking a head. Must be available during the week, weekends and holidays! Fun, friendly atmosphere! No experience needed, willing to train. Must live locally(15-20 miles away) and have reliable transportation. Must be certified or are willing to get tips certified. Training will begin as soon as the candidate is hired.

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Scan ids to make sure everyone is the legal age to drink.
• Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
• Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
• Ordering beer
• Follow the LOPs
• Fill water bottles for the zipline
• Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
• Other duties as requested
