Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service from greeting to farewell.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and food handling protocols at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and promoting a safe environment.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar stations for events like banquets or catering functions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change, utilizing retail math skills.

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience with serving at large events like banquets or catering functions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the food industry’s standards for hospitality, retail math, brewing processes, and food industry regulations.
