Tarpon Bay Grill & Tiki is looking for an energetic, experienced bartender to join our team at our busy waterfront Tiki bar. We are in peak season and need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering great service and keeping the bar running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
Strong bartending experience with solid drink knowledge
Ability to handle a high-volume bar with speed and accuracy
Great personality and excellent customer service
High energy and the ability to keep the bar moving during busy shifts
Team player with a positive attitude
