Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills; perform cashiering duties efficiently during busy service times.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware regularly to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food and beverage delivery during catering or banquet events.
• Uphold high standards of food handling and safety procedures at all times.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightlife venues, or banquet settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Experience serving in nightclubs or catering environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with brewing processes or hospitality industry standards is advantageous.

Pay: $20.94 - $25.22 per hour
