Bartender

We’re a family-owned and operated Mexican restaurant in Fort Collins, proud to be nominated by USA Today as one of the Best Restaurants in America. What started as a small taco cart has grown into a local favorite known for bold flavors, craft margaritas, and genuine hospitality.

With our busy season approaching, we’re looking for a friendly, experienced, and dependable Bartender to join our team Thursday through Monday.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, margaritas, beer, and wine
• Deliver outstanding guest service with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Create a fun and energetic bar experience for guests
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar
• Follow alcohol safety, ID verification, and sanitation guidelines
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Accurately handle cash and POS transactions

What We’re Looking For

• Bartending experience preferred (Mexican restaurant experience is a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Knowledge of cocktails, margaritas, beer, and wine
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain required alcohol certifications

Schedule

• Thursday – Monday
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
