The Bartender is responsible for providing drinks and offering customized recommendations. This position offers an opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences. The Bartender will offer and up-sell the different beverage selections, so previous sales experience will be valued. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar.

Qualifications

  • Current TABC & Food Handler certifications
  • At least 2-3 years of bartending experience in a high‑volume bar, restaurant, lounge, or hotel
  • Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology trends, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Ability to upsell naturally and read guests well
  • Strong, clear verbal communication skills
  • Experience with POS systems, cash handling, bar prep, and inventory basics
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, visually appealing bar
  • Flexible, reliable, team‑focused mindset
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events
