Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving a variety of beverages and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Interact with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for banquets and catering events.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Knowledge of various beverages, cocktails, and food pairings is beneficial.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
