Restaurant Server with Wine Service experience

Job Summary
At Cuore Pasta Bar, we’re passionate about fresh pasta, good wine, and warm hospitality. We're currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) server to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional dining experience to every guest.

Duties

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
• Present menu items, make recommendations, and answer guest questions.
• Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages, including wine and beer, following service standards.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
• Process electronic payments and handle cash when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a server role.
• Knowledge of wine and beer service.
• Experience with POS systems and electronic payment handling.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Friendly, attentive, and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of food ingredients and preparation techniques.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
• Must have or be willing to obtain the required local health certifications
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
