Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Manage POS systems such as Toast POS to accurately process orders, payments, and tabs while handling cashing out efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate with management about stock needs.
  • Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end.
  • Support event setups for banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or special events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling practices, and alcohol serving regulations.
  • Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is a plus; certification in food safety is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or catering events. Pay: $5.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
