Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures during serving.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist in ordering stock as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and retail math calculations.
• Support nightclubs, banquet events, catering functions, or food service operations as required.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Promote sales by recommending drinks and upselling specials to maximize revenue opportunities.

Experience

• Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments or high-energy nightlife venues such as nightclubs or bars.
• Proven ability to serve responsibly in environments requiring strict adherence to alcohol serving laws.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth order processing.
• Experience in food industry roles involving food handling, catering, or banquet service is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced settings.
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately.
