Bartender

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies - Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Engage with customers, build rapport, and provide exceptional customer service - Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Requirements: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere - Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.
