Job Summary

Duties

• Create custom cocktails according to recipes as well as traditional cocktails
• Prepare and organize ingredients for cocktails, food items, and bar snacks, including basic food preparation when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, counters, and equipment to uphold health standards
• Operate TOAST POS for processing orders accurately and efficiently
• Support catering events or banquet functions by setting up stations, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy while adhering to cash handling procedures; assist with cashiering duties when required
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, or hotels is highly preferred
• Familiarity with TOAST POS; cashiering experience is a plus
• Experience with food handling, food preparation, or kitchen work enhances your ability to support bar operations effectively
• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to maintain cleanliness through cleaning duties and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced setting
• Banquet experience or catering background is advantageous for supporting special events
• Hospitality or restaurant experience demonstrates your understanding of customer service excellence
• Knowledge of the food industry standards related to bussing, serving, and food safety protocols
